Can you do X, Y, or anything else?
We get this type of question all the time. In fact, we get it so often that we made a special page in this section just to describe our capabilities.
If I have two websites, do I need two merchant accounts?
Yes, the Card Associations require a unique merchant account for each website and DBA. This also applies to brick and mortar stores. You can however combine all of our applications for both sites including the gateway and SecureVault. You’ll be able to maintain a single log-in and see both accounts as well as have a single vault account and process cards for both sites.
How can I credit my customers accounts without a refund?
In order to credit the accounts or credit cards of your customers, you have to first ask us to turn that functionality on. We have it turned off by default so no accidents can happen that would train your bank account. After that, simply pass something like the following to the query string: type=credit&amount=10.00 which would credit back $10 to your customer.
How do I setup FTP access for batch processing?
You can upload files for settlement using FTP over SSL. First, ask us to turn this functionality on. Once we do, we’ll provide you the necessary credentials and address for the service. Simply create and ASCII-based, comma-delimited text file with the proper columns and you should be able to upload and receive responses via batch.
Where do I find my API keys to use the Transparent Redirect authentication method?
Your API keys can be found in the Virtual Terminal under Options => Security Keys.
